我今年3月28拿到英国的博士毕业证，但是4月份将会出台的新政策中PhD延期一年的签证是要4月6号毕业的PhD才能申请的，请问各位大神到底有没有什么相应的解决办法可以申请到那个PhD延期一年的签证？谢谢大家！
听起来有点儿蹊跷（这个日期估计不会切得那么死）。您这是哪儿听来的消息？有来源吗？我建议等4月6号新政策正式出台以后去官方网站上看具体的申请办法，然后再想办法。
没有在UKBA官网上发现你所说的 ‘要4月6号毕业的PhD才能申请的’ 的官方信息。

具体细则UKBA都没有公布，一切都应以UKBA公布的信息为准。
在英国这里，同胞之间传来传去的签证信息质量都不高。

现在细则没出来。有说法（来源自法律界人士），这个签证有可能是得要毕业前一个月之外才能申请。但是我对此持怀疑态度。

咨询律师，还不如赶紧开始找工作。呵呵。等6号过后仔细研究了UKBA上的政策再说吧，律师也不一定清楚，还是靠自己最靠谱。
新政策guide没出来律师也是骗你钱忽悠你啊
新的政策guidance还没出来，但是immigration rule已经改了，其实说得还比较清楚，可以去ukba网站上面下载那个change of rules得pdf，再结合rules来看。
摘抄几段关键的给大家看一下：
申请条件和申请时间：
78. After paragraph 245ZX (m) insert:
“(n) Where the applicant is applying for leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) Student on the doctorate extension scheme:
(i) leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) Student on the doctorate extension scheme must not have previously been granted;
(ii) the applicant must be following a course leading to the award of a PhD;
(iii) the applicant must be sponsored by a Sponsor that is a Recognised Body or a body in receipt of public funding as a higher education institution from the Department of Employment and Learning in Northern Ireland, the Higher Education Funding Council for England,
the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales or the Scottish Funding Council and that sponsor will be the sponsor awarding the PhD; and
(iv) the date of the application must be within 60 days of the expected end date of a course leading to the award of a PhD.” 这个说明要再预期结束前60天申请。
关于延长时间从什么时候算起：
81. After paragraph 245ZY (b) (iii) insert:
“(ba) Leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) Student on the doctorate extension scheme will be granted for 12 months, commencing on the expected end date of a course leading to the award of a PhD.” 12个月是从预期结束时间开始算的。
expected end date of a course 这个预期结束时间应该是viva以后，correction弄完了正式交上去，然后学校可以出书面证明的那一天吧。根据lse的网站上面的定义来看的话：The completion date will be the date you are expected to receive your results in writing

不过还是等6号具体的guidance出来才知道expected end date到底是指得哪一天。
已经正式拿到学校的书面通知了吗？希望给一个过渡期，比如说今年毕业的phd没离开英国的都可以来申请一下。
突然看到了关于expected end date的说明：
3. In paragraph 6 insert:
““expected end date of a course leading to the award of a PhD” means the date the PhD is expected to be formally confirmed, by the sponsor, as completed to the standard required for the award of a PhD and recorded on the confirmation of acceptance for studies accompanying the application for leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) Student on the doctorate extension scheme.”
确实是需要毕业前去申请。政策出来的时候已经说了必须是拿到PHD之前才可以申请，新的T4 Guidance也已经明确了这个规定：
81. You can only apply for the Doctorate Extension Scheme up to 60 days before the course end date stated on the CAS you have been given to apply for the Doctorate Extension Scheme. You cannot apply after you have completed your PhD.
所以回到楼主的case，3月28日已经拿到PHD了那就不能申请这个T4 doctorate extension scheme了。
你也可以参加学校的毕业生企业家计划，也是一年项目。现在这个项目是新的一个homeoffice和学校联合赚钱的方法，学校现在很欢迎学生参加这个项目。不过说实在的，这个计划很有危险性，而且不知道一年后又是一个什么政策，能不能拿到funds更是疑问。
博后的工作大学名额现在卡的很严格，也可以试试工签，总之英国现在的政策很坑博士这类人才留在英国发展。

毕业生企业家计划我没办法申请，之前申请过psw，博后在找但是基本都是fail.
楼主的情况很可惜，不可以申请这个了呃，必须在答辩完但是交hard copy thesis 前的六十天内申请才可以。。。。
