:polite: :polite: :polite:

Im going to JP Morgan’s assessment centre soon, for the position in operations, finance and business managenet.

Any suggestions?! I only know it will be a case study reading, presentation, and same case study group discussion and last there will be a 20 min or so self awareness interview.

Any one familier with such process?!

Btw, I can answer internship selection process for PwC.

Thanks

i strongly recommend you to do a few research on www.doctorjob.com. it’s really helpful and many students offer feedbacks from their Assessment Day’s from various companies, for example, below is one of those that you might be interested:

“JP Morgan

The assessment structure was online tests, 1st interview which also included a surprise(!) technical test for me (yay?) and then it was the Assessment Centre.

JP consisted of preparing for and conducting the presentation, then the group discussion and a follow-up interview about the group discussion. It wasn’t too bad but there was a LOT of emails to read through to gain a grasp of what was going on in this company.

I guess they were trying to place you in a stressful and confusing role to see how you react and work under pressure.

It was probably one of the more challenging ACs I have done. I must say the group discussion was not easy at all since there was a complete IDIOT (for lack of better word) in our group who decided to boss everyone around and act as if we were his subsiduaries…

but at least it gave me something to talk about in the interview afterwards.

To be honest, I did not prepare for either of the Assessment Centres, and I’m glad I didnt since it would have been a waste of time. Although before an interview it is a MUST!! It saved my butt many times.

For Techies, referring to latest Tech/Business news and following it vaguely should suffice. For others I imagine a more in-depth knowledge would be a pre-requisite.”

Good Luck!
