请问各位，我是ILR转了国籍，我老婆是T1转了ILR，我孩子是在我们两人ILR之前在国内出生，现在还拿着我老婆原来的T1 dependent签证。这种情况孩子是否能直接申请国籍，还是要先成为PR？谢谢！

MN1表格section1.3直接问孩子什么时候拿到ILR，似乎默认必须先拿PR，于是把我们搞糊涂了。。。

usually be registered only if both the parents are granted or already hold British
citizenship, or if one parent holds British citizenship and the other is settled in the UK.

今天我去NCS预约时对方说这种情况孩子必须先申请ILR，号称原因是1）孩子不在英国出生 2）孩子出生时我们双方都不是ILR。我坚持说UKBA网上和guide上是可以discretionary的，对方就打电话给HO，后来回电话给我说HO那边也说这种情况孩子要先ILR。。。
基于版主和各位的经验，NCS这答复靠谱吗？期待你们的回复，非常感谢！

可是我理论了很久NCS就是不受理我小孩的case啊。。。以下原文我们读了很多遍了，版主是根据原文还是看到有成功经验？在想要不要寄签或者找别的council了。
Children born abroad to parents who are applying for British citizenship
Where one or both parents are applying for British citizenship they may apply for one or
more children who are not automatically British at birth (see “Automatic acquisition of British

另外如果没办法还是让孩子申请ILR，是否申请到ILR后能马上申请国籍不需要和大人一样等一年？
最后给有跟我们相同情况的人一个明确答案，经过咨询两个NCS的人，他们都当场用内部电话询问Home Office，得到的答复均是我们这种情况，小孩必须先申请成PR，再申请国籍。
我也是同样问题。我家老二国内出生，我带着他办入籍的时候人家NCS的人说要先有永居所以不给我们办，可是我们在官网上找不到有关必须有永居才能办入籍的条例啊！该怎么办？
我当时得到的答复是官网条款不是每个具体情节都能cover，我也无语，只能照办。
