孩子他爸2月拿的pr，爸爸的名字在孩子的出生纸上，但我们还没有登记，只同居。
我现在是学生签证，到9月就满10年了。
打过电话去nationality checking service问过，说我们的情况孩子不能申请入籍，除非我也拿到pr，或者我们结婚，但结婚不能保证能申请成功。
入籍表格都填好了，在这里结婚所需时间太长，想问一下有没有可能不结婚但孩子一样可以入籍？
是这样的，父母在孩子出生后都获得PR的情况下，孩子有资格直接登记入籍。 还是100%入籍

好像从2004年开始，孩子可以跟父亲护照走的，所以只有一方有身份，孩子是可以申请的。就是你们没有结婚，但是只要孩子的出生证上面有爸爸的名字，就可以申请的

当然, Home Office的做法和规定有差别, 而且要看caseworker的人品和心情, 像小蜜蜂说的一样, 以前估计也和你相同情况的人直接拿到国籍了.

这个规定在Immigration Rules的Part 8, Family members: Children那里, 估计国籍法里面也有差不多的规定.
