我的一个同学只拿到研究生的ｄｉｐｌｏｍａ， 那么３月３１号即将生效的新规则会影响我的同学今年８月份申请ＰＳＷ吗？ 谢谢大家。。。

我先说声对不起，我没有任何恶意。 因为 Applicants under the Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) route 这句话搞得我很晕。。。再加上我忽略了前面那一段的意思。 如果不影响的话当然最好了， 因为我也不想因为HO的变态又要失去一个好同学。 但是现在我依然是不太肯定到底是行还是不行。。。

那请问赶在生效之前申请的话可不可以。。。因为同学的签证和我一样都是8月才到期。。。

如果他是学生转PSW的话 只要材料准备好了齐全了就可以提交PSW的申请了..不用非要等到学生签证快要过期的时候才申请的...

被拒会不会影响原有的签证还真是个好问题，我也不知道。有哪位大大知道？？？
不过我知道的是PSW签证不能读FULL-TIME的课程，除非转回STUDENT VISA
而STUDENT VISA又不可以做FULL-TIME的工作在假期以外的话

如果被拒签之后，时间上肯定是过了3月31号， 那么如果上诉的话到底是算生效前的条款还是生效后的条款。。。

09年11月之后研究生毕业了可以申请什么签证呢？？
