这段信息出自UKBA刚发布的 STATEMENT OF INTENT: CHANGES AFFECTING STUDY, POST-STUDY WORK AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS AND WORKERS，本来是对Graduate entrepreneurs的，但请注意最后一句话，这对大家是个好消息吧，英国政府在敛财啊。

… … At the end of the second year in this category, migrants must either switch into Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) or leave the UK. We will lower the funds required to switch into the main Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route for this group, from £200,000 to £50,000. We will also apply this lower threshold to migrants who are currently in Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) and have established their own business in the UK.

估计是Graduate Entrepreneur，看看最终的结果吧！这样的话，签20w的同学岂不是很亏！

话说估计是因为签证版块太冷清了吧。。你看发到女生那里，一眨眼很多人泼我冷水。。囧 不过简单来说就是申请这个
必须当事人提前三个月注册一个公司搞起来 对吧~

那就赶紧注册吧，新出的条例我已经看过，可行的办法只能目前持有PSW才好转这个签证，过期了的话就比较难了，只能在英国转，不能回国办理。

签证板块一点也不冷清，不过也只有有相关需求的人才会来看，你以前没这方面的事所以不知道也难怪。

谁来帮忙解释一下这个“You have access to not less than £50,000 and are engaged in business activity, other than the work necessary to administer your business. Your occupation must appear on the list of occupations at the National Qualifications Framework level 4 and above, as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors.”如何证明自己的职业是NQF4以上的啊？要是自己开公司做Director算不算是NQF4以上呢？求高人解答。

Codes of Practice是UKBA的一个列表，对各类工种进行划分。这段话的意思就是：即便是自己做生意，从事的类型必须要在Codes of Practice里面找出来，达到NQF4这个级别或者以上，例如：

可是这个UKBA怎么Access啊。我要是自己的公司，那么从事什么行业，岂不是有我自己说，况且他要求新的公司，刚刚成立或者是三个月以内，有可能我还没开始做什么，只是准备做啊？觉得这个限制好像有的模糊，也有可能是我自己认识浅薄啦，见笑了
