签证这个月末到期，打算这周4前寄出。千等万等order的Natwest 的 first reserve 的 statement 今天终于到了，拆开差点没有气晕过去，根本不是上个月的，是11月到1月的。
长话短说，我现在有11月20号到1月20号俩个月的，正规的bank statement (含name, account numbe,address)。但是，1月20到2月的看来只能去打印了。是不是叫他盖章，签名，然后附在前俩个月正规的后面就可以呢？
是不是还需要让银行写一份supporting letter , confirming the authenticity of the statement (guide 上看到的，我觉得银行不一定会给写）.
我需不需要，写一封cover letter 说明情况？
提醒各位，千万不要相信natwest的服务。我要的是1月20到2月24，结果给我了11月20到1月20的，也没有cover sheet。我去年续签的时候，order statement 也是出现了类似的情况。大家记得要receipt，虽然于事无补，但是一定要投诉，他们的服务实在是太有问题了！！！

银行自己信纸打印的不需要证明信，你可以搜搜我那个老帖子上面说的很清楚

Personal bank or building society statements covering the three-month period immediately before the application
The personal bank or building society statements should clearly show:
your name;
the account number;
the date of the statement;
the financial institution’s name and logo;
transactions covering the three-month period;
that there is enough funds present in the account; and
that there has been enough money present in the account for the past three months.
If you wish to send electronic bank statements from an online account these must contain all of the details listed above. In addition, you will need to send a supporting letter from your bank, on headed paper, confirming that the statements are genuine. Alternatively, electronic bank statements with the official stamp of the bank that issued the statements will be accepted. The stamp must appear on every page of the statement.

今天去NATWEST打印了，从1月20到今天的（实际就是到2月25的），Staff给我盖了章，签了名，但是不给我写证明信。
我也没有别的办法了，早早就order了，却没给我邮来正确时间的账单，也只有打印了。
心里就是很担心，我觉得都要被折磨得精神抑郁了。

我找到你的老帖子了，之前看过，但是当时没想到自己会order不到，需要打印。
我磨了staff半个多小时，他就是不给我用 official header paper打，最后，勉强把natwest这个名字和logo给彩印了一下！
