前因：我学生签证11.17过期，在11.10左右去TSB付钱order了我的账单，结果在11.15来了两份classic，去问，结果银行那人说，忘了order saving的，我的钱全在saving里。我就告知我的情况，然后那人就道歉，说没办法，现在有文件规定，不给盖章，不给用银行title的打印，只能重新order，不能加快，3-5个工作日到。然后就去了曼城的总行，king street的那家，那的人也说，没办法。回家了就打电话到客服，客服说，不给盖章的规定不是TSB总部规定的，反正接线的不知道。第二天，又去TSB，好说歹说，让那里的manager写了一个证明信，其实写的很推卸责任，不过也没办法了。
经过：17号，就用网上下载打印的saving的bank statement寄过去了，写了一个说明信，外加manager的解释信。大概几天后，收到bank statement了，写上了reference number和说明信寄过去了。
结果：今天早上拿到啦！朋友和我同一天寄的，前两天陆续拿到。不过给的时间都是从11.1.4-13.1.4. 所以晚拿到估计是应该royal mail的关系吧。返回的材料里，有我两次寄的东西。总算结果还不错啦！
这个是那个经理写的：
我写的：
“Dear Officer,
In support for my T1 (post-study worker) application, I have supplied the original bank statement of my classic account but the photocopy of saving account.
I could have offered original bank statements in both classic and saving account. However, the TSB staff wrongly sent me two bank statements of classic account without any saving account! And the manager of that branch wrote me a letter which I provided to confirm that. And this makes me can not provide original saving account statement in time.
I have already asked them to resend me as soon as possible, but based on their computer system, I can’t get it before 23rd Nov. For that reason, what I can do now is to provide the photocopy of my saving account to prove I have over £800 in last three months. And I would provide this original bank statement no later than 24th Nov. Could you put them together and make it complete? And if you do not get the original one, please inform me at any time to supply it.

这里归总一下大家的建议：
woaixiaoxian：他男朋友和我同样的情况，不过是natwest，去说了后，natwest承认了自己的错误然后给盖章了，他们charge了你的钱没给你资料说明是银行的失职，他男朋友就是去投诉那个经理的失职，结果最后就妥协说可以盖章！

我也是tsb的 今年签证前也是order的 签证前3天还没收到 我说十分紧急 他们表示理解说只能帮我再次order 死活不给我打印
打电话给客服 接电话的说解决不了 我就找他上级 还解决不了 我就要求再转他上级 他的上级让银行的人接过去问话 问完了还说不行
我说 我在你这存这么多年钱 我想要几张纸你不给 还号召让人都go green 让人家上网看statement 分明和网站宣传的思想不一致
我说 你现在不给解决不行 你解决不了 再找你上司 后来他让银行的 给我打印了 盖章 外加 附上那个员工的名片
那个员工给我说 因为每年有大量的人排队要打印 尤其是中国人 成本太高了
给lz的建议
就是1 态度要严厉 语言要诚恳 多说please 千万别骂人
2 如果不给就找他上司 跟银行员工 还有一开始接电话的客服 没什么可说
3 用他们店里电话打 不花钱 另外他们内部交流方便
4 你就跟他说他这是种族歧视 英国佬过去要 他们屁都不敢放 所以别欺负咱中国人
至于以后 别用网站的statement了 不方便签证[/i]“
另外 小城镇比较容易盖章，学校附近的支行容易盖章，大家有需要可以去试试！
