关于PSW的English language 要求

在UKBA官网上看到PSW 计分中有english language (pass mark = 10)

Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) applicants who meet the pass-mark of 75 points
for attributes (above) will satisfy the English language requirement.
什么意思？ 要求英语语言成绩超过75分？

自动获得，一般拿到学位不用英语证明。联系上下文

前后要一起看，不要断章取义，
psw 没有英语的要求，都是自动获得。
