请问 C9 中 ICFN document number 在什么地方啊？是ID卡上那个号码么？
place of issue 在卡上也找不到啊？我在曼城是不是就填manchester？

请自己去研读一下. 然后至于place of issue这样的具体问题… 我不知道说你们在接收到ID卡的时候也有收到HO的来信, 那上面有什么签发地址的显示嚒…

id卡正面右上角 RAxxxx, 就是RA开头加数字
