内容都有了啊，，挺全的，每个学校都有自己不同的格式，，只有主要信息都有就可以了。

不需要 生日 和 学号， 还有 full time 什么的吗？

生日和学号不是最重要的，
一看就是一个一年的master课程啊。要求如下：
issued by an authorised official of that institution and must confirm:

your name;
the title of the qualification;
the start and end dates of your period(s) of study and/or research for this qualification at the United Kingdom institution; and
the date of award (no more than 12 months before the date of your application).
