各位高人，我博士刚毕业，在欧洲工作。请指点如何在欧洲大陆国家申请PSW？
另外，有了PSW可以用它在英国的高校工作(faculty position)吗？

psw如今找工作虽说没限制，但也不好找了，毕竟两年后还要靠雇主申请t2，雇主要是考虑长期性的话其态度也不好说，而且未来的t2也很难再留下来了，除非有别的法子，比如投资和结婚。
楼上说得在理啊，可否回答一下我的问题呢？申请Tier 2但工资达不到标准怎么补救？

不同职业不一样的，电子工程师要32K以上吧，达不到怎么办啊？

文件前面有很多例子，但从22页开始才是t2 g的（似乎比ict要求严了一些，原来t1G更是午餐费 voucher什么的都算上了:L ）
