我看到NQF Level4下面的说明

Tier 2 applicants can only be sponsored for jobs in these occupations if:
 the job appears on the Shortage Occupation List, or
 the job is in one of the creative sector occupations marked “(Creative)”, or
 the applicant is currently in the UK under Tier 2, and has been in Tier 2 since before the changes
made on 14 June 2012 came into force, or
 the applicant is currently in the UK under an old immigration category that was replaced by Tier
2, such as work permit holders.

最后一点，是不是PSW Holder也适用的意思？？ 我现在PSW，在英工作了1年半，按上面说法我应该可以用NQF Level 4的标准就可以转T2？？
有4月6号以后面签成功的童鞋指点一下吗？

你的PSW属于T1 不属于T2不适用这一条

我想问的是，改了以后，是不是title要变成manager之类的级别才可以申请Tier 2了？谢谢~~

这样。。。可是我看那个Supplementary Descriptions for NQF level 6 里面也有很多不是manager的职位描述呀，是不是只要对上号就行了？

不一定是manager。level 6不意味着manager。

去年就已经改成Level 6了，所以也不是什么新政了。PSW申请T2G的一般职业仍然要满足level 6。你贴的原文说的是短缺职业、创新类职业、以及已经持有旧政策下的工签的申请人只需要满足Level 4。

不完全是manager，很多高技术工种还有researcher都可以，主要是移民局的list上有的，而且这个表会定期更新的。

LZ现在转Tier 2，只能达到NQF LEVEL 6的工种。当然也不是说一定是manager的职位，要根据移民局的list 找最接近的。

只要你的公司有licence, 你现在是PSW, 你的公司可以以labor test的理由给你certificate of sponsorship (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/tier2/general/eligibility/cos/). 只要你是PSW, 公司可以免去Labor test (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/business-sponsors/points/sponsoringmigrants/employingmigrants/residentlabourmarkettest/).
