我现在是拿2年psw, 已经工作了１年半了，我想转成tier 2, 工作单位说可以给我出certificate of sponser. 但是具体申请要我自己去弄，我拿到这个sponser certificate 然后要怎么弄呢？这种转ｔｉｅｒ ２受限吗？

把材料准备齐全了，申请就行了
你在英国境内转，不受限制。
这个CoS需要公司的HR帐号登录HO的系统，填写职位介绍等信息后以电子形式获取，然后提交签证。
哦，打听一下，现在HOME OFFICE的系统已经可以分配unrestricted CoS给PSW转Tier 2的了吗？

我的PSW签证到2012年1月到期，那是不是要等到今年2011年底的时候才会被分配到CoS啊？！那岂不是还要等半年？
看样子是这样了，还有这么长时间的签证，home office一定会要你公司等的。
我的是6月初到期，home office说5月中旬才会发给我，而且还说，5月中都算早的
我在UKBA网站看到的是这样写的：
For applications made inside the United Kingdom
If you are already in the United Kingdom, you should apply to stay as soon as possible and before your current permission to stay runs out. We encourage you to apply at least one month before your permission to stay runs out.
还有TIER 2的GUIDANCE里是这样写的：
When to apply
You must apply within three months from the date your Certificate of Sponsorship was 172. issued. You must also apply no more than three months before the start date on your Certificate of Sponsorship. If this is not possible, you should contact your sponsor.
If you are applying from inside the United Kingdom, you should apply before your current 173. leave expires. If you do not, you will be classed as an overstayer, which could affect any future applications you make.
好象都是说叫你早点申请，不要OVERSTAY啊，真是搞不懂HOME OFFICE的政策！
