求救啊！PSW可以在英国直接转为Tier2 Dependant么？

看以前的帖子说必须回国签，为什么在guide里找不到呢？
只看到visitor不能转。

guide里写的：
“A2.5 - Main applicant’s name, or the name of
the person on whom you are dependant if they
are not applying at the same time because
they already have leave to remain under a Tier
of the Points Based System.”

请大家给个确认！多谢了！

月经贴，PBS dependant的Guidance里面说明了无法境内申请Tier 1/2/5的dependant的人包括：持visitor和temporary admission和release的人。你既然不属于这两类，自然就是可以申请。
