PSW到明年10月就到期了，现在在一家公司上班有差不多10个月了，请问我什么时候转成Tier2工签比较合适？我主要是不太知道 距离PSW到期前太久能不能转工签。谢谢

申请 tier 2的时间和你的PSW还有很久才到期这点是没有关系和影响的.
只要你材料都准备好了, 你的公司也得到了sponsorship certificate(HO 网站上有详述)的话 就可以申请了
your company does not have to hold a sponsership licence if :
1.you are holding PSW leave to remain,
2. you have been working in that company for more than 6months,
3, you are intending to continue work in that company in the future.

同问，我也是符合上述三点，但真得不清楚公司难道不用有sponsership licence????? :cn17:
去官网查吧，最权威了。现在都是打分的，好像20k的工资，就可以从psw转tier2，不过最好去官网看看吧。
