我2月15号 IGS签证到期，约了面签2月2号转PSW。
由于英国帐户的800镑问题无法解决，好在国内有帐户，银行也好办事，所以回国办了存款证明和银行证明信。
毕竟还是国内的材料，下周一就签了，现在好担心啊。
希望冰MM和有经验，看法的达人来帮忙看看有什么需要COVER 或注意的。打算用同样办法的XDJM也可以做个借鉴。
1．存款证明和银行证明信都开了公证书，不过看到好多人说不需要，不知道拿去会不会反而多余，不过里面到是有翻译件，尽管现在的存款证明都是中英文对照的，不过建行开的证明不翻译名字和存款种类这些原本底纸上没有的东西。
2．下面是我开的证明的内容, 我自己也不了解CASEWORKER 会在哪句话上有疑惑，大家帮我看看，去签的时候我也好写个NOTE解释一下。
a. 中国建行的个人存款证明 （格式如下）：
Personal certificate of deposit

IGS转PSW，用国内建行存款证明。
原因：
1. We attempted to verify the supplied documents from the China Construction Bank. The verification has been inconclusive and therefore we are unable to accept this evidence.
2. The bank deposit with the China Construction Bank is not acceptable as the account is a twelve month deposit account that expires on xxxxx. Therefore, you would not have instant access to these savings until the quoted expiry date.
晕了!!! 他说他试图联系中国建行但是没得到证实, 有人知道HO 通常怎么联系中国的银行么? 没有的到证实我的材料就不算数了么?
还说因为是定期存款, 在期限内就不能自由支取了!! 他凭什么这样说呢?
本来还以为自己的材料准备得很齐全了呢!!
结果就这样被… …. ….
请问冰MM 这样的情况上诉好解释么?
就用一张嘴巴还是需要有书面材料来证明 材料的真实性&定期存款可以自由支取呢？

其他的内容之类的都是很好的.作为PSW的资金证明是没有问题的

Futher more, I also have a HSBC bank statement, which can just cover one-month period. Do you think it could help a little bit? Should I submit it, or I should keep the document simple ? So confused

你把建行给你的中英文对照的存款证明给签证官看就可以了 = 资金证明了.
至于你说的公证书, 是没有必要上交给他的. (因为存款证明上已经有了HO需要的所有关于资金方面的信息了)
什么当地农村合作社?~!! 你不是在用建行的存款证明嚒?~ 不要搞的复杂
哦, HSBC的那个一个月帐单, 随便你自己了, 就算交给他, 也不会confuse 他的了,因为只是更多的来帮助你的资金证明的材料…

因为那时就开始新的申请表表格了, 表格的第4页上写的很清楚, 是可以面签了
600 磅的面签费
2月2日，早上六点赶火车去伦敦面签，
到了伦敦结果大雪封城，没火车没BUS去HOME OFFICE，
在大风大雪中苦等了半个小时才等到TAXI，
DRIVER慢慢在雪中挪了50分钟才到CRYODON，
车又开不进TOWN，走了20分钟，9点整，终于准时到了HOME OFFICE，
刚喘口气，9点10分收到短信说因为天气的关系所有面签全部取消。。。
外面银行都有在上班，餐馆也在上班，连人家水果摊都在上班，只有HOME OFFICE没有一个人来。只有保安在那道歉。
男友去BIRMINGHAM签，也是今天，不过那边人勤奋多了，虽然人不多，可还是有上班的，业务照办。
可是签时才知道，国内的材料面签是没有用的，人家说没办法当场给结果，还是让他寄签。
所以要用国内材料的XDJM要注意了，打算要面签的还是好好问问再决定吧，免得耽误了事情。

这个需要解释的就是你这个钱是否可以随时支取，其实英国的定期存款也是可以随时支取的，只是没有利息而已，中国的也一样，如果可以从银行开到证明信来证明自己的钱是可以随时支取的或者能找到建设银行官方网页上对于定期存款的英文解释，但是刚才我帮你找了找，暂时未找到，建设银行英文网站做的很烂，而且没有英国分行。

建行的英文应该是用的美国说法，所以叫DEPOSIT ACCOUNT，其实就是SAVING ACCOUNT，这个我们都懂，英国的CASE WORKER不会搞不清楚吧？
刚刚在建行网站上看到这样一段话，来解释怎样提前支取定期存款的。
How to withdraw deposits in advance
---- When you withdraw your term deposits in advance, you must present your certificate of deposits and identification to the teller. If you make a withdrawal on half of another person, you need to present your identification and that of that person. You must fill out a withdrawal slip with the name of the depositor (and the name of the person who makes the withdrawal on behalf of the depositor), and identification number(s). Interest is paid on the withdrawn portion at the rate published on the date of withdrawal for demand deposits. A new CD will be issued for the remaining portion, stating the original date of depositing, term, interest rate and maturity. For one deposit account, you may only make advance withdrawal once.
本来觉得应该有帮助的，可是看到最后一句：

中文网站上说： 同一笔存款部分提前支取只限一次。
不知道这样有没有影响呢？ 把这段话打印出来给法官看可以当做证据么？

SAVING ACCOUNT其实不能算定期的，定期存款英国英语是 Fixed Term Saving account， 美国英语是fixed DEPOSIT ACCOUNT 哎，说到这里依我彪悍的性格我又想骂街了，你在中国大陆说脚踏车凡是受过教育的人包括我姥姥都知道是自行车的意思，估计就是找你麻烦。
不过还是祝你好运了，能找到证明可以随时支取的证明材料还是口头上诉吧，这样可以辩论一下，又有证据，白纸黑字。
MM不是还开了建行的证明信吗还有公证书这样都不能证明材料是真的吗？我也不明白他们是怎么联系国内的银行的。

I know sb appealed successfully with a Diposit Certificate from Bank of China in China. However, they did not only have that Certificate, but also got it notarised.
The other thing is you need to explain to the HO that you can get access to the account, the only problem is that you will lose the interest.

I have the Notary book as well, and a covering letter from bank also.
Is that ok if I just tell them without any evidence?
