IGS转PSW，用国内建行存款证明。
原因：
1. We attempted to verify the supplied documents from the China Construction Bank. The verification has been inconclusive and therefore we are unable to accept this evidence.
2. The bank deposit with the China Construction Bank is not acceptable as the account is a twelve month deposit account that expires on xxxxx. Therefore, you would not have instant access to these savings until the quoted expiry date.
晕了!!! 他说他试图联系中国建行但是没得到证实, 有人知道HO 通常怎么联系中国的银行么? 没有的到证实我的材料就不算数了么?
还说因为是定期存款, 在期限内就不能自由支取了!! 他凭什么这样说呢?
本来还以为自己的材料准备得很齐全了呢!!
结果就这样被… …. ….
请问冰MM 这样的情况上诉好解释么? 这么显而易见的事情真不知道要怎么说。
就用一张嘴巴还是需要有书面材料来证明 材料的真实性&定期存款可以自由支取呢？

最近，HO卡了很多人，所以只要有点小小毛病的，都被拒签了。
我BF是去年10月签的，准准的1个月就回来了，而且他的BS第一个月都不到800胖子，而我的12月寄去的，到现在都没有消息。想必是被拒的。。。
所以，准备收拾心情回国签，建议LZ也回国签，把这的2800也准备好，让家里人也开始以你的名义存5W毛爷爷，2手准备，三个月后，再签，让他们再也找不出来毛病。
说实在的，谁叫我们爱受这【洋罪】，跑到人家的地盘来，也就只能按人家的框框条条办事了

上诉的解释,.我能想到的就是你让建行帮你出证明, 来给HO解释一下定期存款的愿意…因为在我们国人的理解是, 既是是定期存款, 我们也还是可以在到期前自由取用这笔存款的, 只不过是和活期的利息不一样而已…HO的人可能对这个产生了歧义, 所有才这么说的…
你找找律师问问也…一定要力争一下的.

建行网站上看到这样一段话，来解释怎样提前支取定期存款的。
How to withdraw deposits in advance
---- When you withdraw your term deposits in advance, you must present your certificate of deposits and identification to the teller. If you make a withdrawal on half of another person, you need to present your identification and that of that person. You must fill out a withdrawal slip with the name of the depositor (and the name of the person who makes the withdrawal on behalf of the depositor), and identification number(s). Interest is paid on the withdrawn portion at the rate published on the date of withdrawal for demand deposits. A new CD will be issued for the remaining portion, stating the original date of depositing, term, interest rate and maturity. For one deposit account, you may only make advance withdrawal once.

按照现在T1的GUIDANCE关于调查的说法，只要他们无法合适此材料的真伪，那么这份资料即看作无效。因此他们并没有错。

But I still want to stay here, so I have to try to appeal.
So the thing is I need to make them understand the evidance as real and meet all the requirements.
