今天收到上诉的回复，说是5天内要把下面的材料寄给他们，可是这2个问题我不是很明白，我也是自己出庭，请问有没有哪位达人知道？谢谢了 
1.witness statements of the evidence to be called at the hearing,such statements to stand as evidence in chief at the hearing
2.A paginated and indexed bundle of all the documents to be relied on at the hearing with a schedule identifying the essential passages
