说He states that he did not receive notification of this from the HO until Jan 2009.However applicant has failed to submit any evidence of this.
So the previews decistion to refuse under 320 7(b) was correct and in accordance with the immigraiton rules.
我就日了，我把情况写的很详细，也给了refrence No.给他。
我打电话给HO报上ref No.，很清楚地能知道何时递交的材料，何时charge钱，何时还给我材料。你一个内部的人，查不到？
回给我的这个review的是entry clearance manager,署名 S R FISh.我查了他们网站，叫做Sharon Fish.
我准备明天去上海领事馆堵她，当面问她你是不是故意找理由拒签我，要你敢当面说是，老子也就算了。
对了，Ho 给我的回邮包裹包装我还留着，上面日期1月2日。
真想送她只草泥马。

签证结果已经作出了，我认为你堵他也没用。另外你也找不到他，签证官上班的通道跟平时你去领馆的通道是两个方向。

郁闷，只能去试试看咯。
他要是光拒签就好了，现在还ban我一年，害我没办法重新签。
