那么意味着，错误申请这个，签证就是无效的？在此期间英国居留就是非法的？最后会影响永居？
所以T2签不能申请child tax credit 和child benefit ？一旦申请事后就不能永居了？

那么Childcare vouchers算public funds之内吗？

Childcare voucher 不算，这个是政府税收福利，是你自己的钱。

Child benefit奶粉钱算是public fund

T2 或者其他任何签证，在PR之前都是不可以申请任何福利的，比如child tax credit 或者child benefit，council house，working tax credit 等，否则会被拒签。如果你的配偶是PR或者英国人，则可以由他/她来申请这些Benefit.

是可以啊，但是牙医眼镜这些说是不包的。

我当年做根管1000多磅。本来打算自己付了，后来前台问我是不是学生。然后我说是，她说我是学生没有收入，可以填个表给NHS claim回来。当时claim回来一半吧。

眼镜和验光费用也是这样的。

但这些算不算public funds我就很拿不准。因为表上的理由除了学生，还有低收入，战争遗留症，等等看起来就像福利人群的选项。

nhs不算public funds，还有maternity pay(包括smp)都不是public funds。。。其实每个council都有你是不是eligible for public funds的在线自测，做一下就好了。。。就算是永久居留或者国籍，收入或者存款到一定金额，也不能申请很多public funds啊

之前我们公司的那个管签证的跟我说的是不能领public fund，像child voucher也不可以，如果买了需要把税钱补上。但至于其他的就不知道了。
