我老婆中国国籍，去年我们结婚，结婚的时候我还是中国国籍，只是有PR
然后老婆的resident card上就是spouse visa什么的，没有说“Family Member of an EEA national”。
今年我入英国国籍了
现在想去法国玩，看到法国签证的地方有这么一句话:

Pursuant to the Directive 2004/38, members of the family (spouse, children under the age of 21/ dependent or direct dependent parent) of EU Nationals do not require a visa to travel to France if:
- their UK residency states “Family Member of an EEA national”,
- they are travelling or meeting in France their EU relative.
我老婆能重新申请一张resident card，然后上面写“Family Member of an EEA national”吗？好像这里可以申请 https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-a-uk-residence-card
还有就是， 如果签法国，是不是过程要简单很多呢，因为我是英国国籍，老婆是spouse visa？
需要提供就是结婚证明等东西吧？不需要什么银行账单等等吧？
