律师的文件有这么一段话， 请问这样有没有问题？是standard 吗？多谢！

There is no right to light or air at the property. This means that you cannot object to the
development of the neighbouring properties on the basis that it may block air or light into
your property. Any development by your neighbours should of course be carried out in
line with the planning regulations in force at the time of the development
