楼主已经参加完入籍仪式，目前正在填写表格（first adult passport）。有几个地方不太清楚，想请教各位达人。
首先 part 4 填写祖父母的信息。
祖父母的信息可以填在section 8或者另附纸张， 但是section 8 的地方太小了，所以我想另附纸张，可是什么样的纸张合适呢，白纸，格纸？另外祖父母的结婚日期如果记不清，是不是可以写not sure（还是not known）？
祖父母的信息什么的还需要什么文件证明的吗？（比如居民证什么的，但他们都在中国）
其次 part 10 推荐人签字
我找我英国高中的老师签字可以吗？
我看到说签字人 can not be in a personal relationship with you，这是指什么意思呢？因为前面说了can not be related ti you（birth or marriage），这里的relationship我不太懂。
另外我所需要的除了2张护照照片，入籍证书，我的中国护照，申请表之外还需要别的什么吗？

因为祖父母那一栏是为 通过家族 获得国籍的申请者所准备的，所以你不需要填写祖父母那一代的任何信息。

Relationship 意思是在拍拖, ”情爱关系“。所以高中老师可以做countersignatories，但是要看认识了多少年。
