更新,- 小额钱债法院已经发了通知判决我赢了但是他们还是很厚脸皮不还，最后我再排了专门讨债的人去问他们要钱. 他们还把办公室换了，原来在south quay -millharbour 后面,现在在royal Victoria excel 那面！~
对了我最近查了一下他们原来有前科，专门骗了人以后把公司名字改了，但人还是同一伙的。
另外最近有人被他们骗了10000磅的房租，原因是房东不答应租，但是他们收钱了还不还钱。
各位千万千万别去再受骗了！他们扣你们的押金甚至有可能收钱不给房子！如果需要我的法院审裁资料请ps!

千萬不要去south quay 那個guy salmon estate那裏租房子！！！扣deposit 不還！ 之前訂了一個房子，然後我說不要了但交了holding deposit…他說可以還我，我一直催了2個月每次他都說這周會還然後每次都說忘了或者他們的account出問題了！現在2個月了。老子我就發信去告他！。 大家千萬不要去哪裏，會被騙的！！氣死我了！以下是信的内容！

To whom it may concern

I’m writing this letter to you for my 500 pound holding deposit refund for the mill harbour. I paid the holding deposit on 9th September, and I asked for refund in the 10th September. However I still have not received my money back till now. I keep asking for my refund in the last two months but your staffs just keep saying sorry and promise that money will be sorted out to me ASAP. I am really disappointed that how come a company keep making promise but doing nothing? On the 29th November, i called the accountant and your staff again to ask for my money back and he said that the money should be refunded but I have not received anything according to my bank account statement.
Furthermore I would like to ask for the holding deposit back within my account in 4 days. If I have not received my deposit by 15th November, I will pass it to the consumer direct then go to the court to do this refund and also ask for the compensation.

I hope that you can take this letter seriously , if not, further action will be taken and please refund the 500 pound holding deposit thank you.

Je vous écris cette lettre pour vous pour mon 500 livres remboursement du dépôt de maintien pour le port 94mill. J’ai payé le dépôt de tenue le 9 Septembre, et j’ai demandé le remboursement dans le 10e Septembre. Cependant, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon argent jusqu’à maintenant. Je redemande mon remboursement dans les deux derniers mois, mais juste garder votre personnel en disant s’excuser et promettre que l’argent va être réglé pour moi le plus tôt possible. Je suis vraiment déçu que la façon dont une société se continuer à faire des promesses, mais ne rien faire? Le 29 Novembre, j’ai appelé l’expert-comptable et votre personnel nouveau pour me demander de l’argent et il a dit que l’argent devrait être remboursé mais je n’ai rien reçu après mon relevé de compte bancaire.
En outre, je voudrais demander à l’arrière dépôt de tenue dans mon compte en 4 jours. Si je n’ai pas reçu mon dépôt avant le 15 Novembre, je vais passer à la consommation directe, puis aller à la cour de faire ce remboursement et aussi demander l’indemnisation.

J’espère que vous pouvez prendre cette lettre au sérieux, sinon, d’autres mesures seront prises et s’il vous plaît rembourser le dépôt de 500 livres maintenant je vous remercie.
