我现有PBS dependant签证需要换Spouse签证，网上填资料的时候遇到些问题想请教大家。
1，Is your current entry clearance or leave to reamin as the partner of one of the following?
A British citizen, a person settled in the UK, a person with refugee leave or a person with humanitarian protection in the UK
现有dependant签证申请的时候我先生还不是永居的身份，现在已经通过10年拿到永居，这个问题是关于我现有签证的，不太确定是填yes or no
2，资金证明Cash saving 部分最后文件list出来下面的要求，请问这样银行账单还是跟其他签证一样只要是申请日期前28天内为最后日期都可以还是必须是申请日往前倒6个月呢？
Personal bank statements showing that at least the level of cash savings relied upon in the application has been held in an account(s) of xxx throughout the period of 6 months prior to the date of application
