本人现在有一套房子,想买第二套。 那么我可以买一套便宜一些的房子作为我第二套的main home(价格125k以内),现在的房子到时候出租用途。
第三套就可以买贵些(250-300K),把第二套再买出去,就不用额外支付3%了。对吗?
