话说 如果名下有两套房,想卖了其中一套置换,置换的那套还需要按3%算么
置换的是main residence不要,否则要
要先交,第一套卖了后两年后可以把第二套付的3% stamp duty claim回来。除非你第一套先卖了再买的第二套。
