如果DEPENDENT续签的话(非第一次)可以在英国境内延续.例如已经持有DEPENDENT,然后又要续签DEPENDENT,这样就可以不离开英国申请.
所说的第一次是指从其他签证类型首次转到DEPENDENT,要在境外申请

如果你是去签 STUDENT DEPENDANT, 那那个学没学完不是指你，是指你的 对象。建议你仔细读读Guidance，因为我是去年签的学生陪读，我记得关于金额还要看你们是否在伦敦市，你对象还要提供你的住宿证明。他的学生证明，等等东西。
