Environmental – Report has been “Passed”:

•Natural Ground Subsidence - Moderate to high, there is a potential for natural ground movement to occur. We would suggest you inform the insurers when you take out building insurance

We have also received replies from the Seller’s solicitors to our enquiries and all appear satisfactory.
As you are probably aware they have a woodburner in the property and they have provided to us the relevant installation certificate. I enquired with them whether there are any maintenance certificates but they do not however they confirm the chimney flue is swept annually.
