刚刚收到survey报告,麻烦大家能帮忙看一下嘛?如果真的需要修理的大概要花多少?在网上搜了下报价,上下浮动的差距太大了
我觉得问题没那么大,但我老公却觉得很严重 毕竟做damp proofing course确实不便宜,如果整个屋顶都要修,也是大工程
现在想看看大概的费用,然后跟房东谈谈还能不能再降价,谢谢大家了
- Dampness, rot & infestation: 房子看不出有做过damp proofing course,因为是1910年左右的房子,当时还没有相关dpc 目前也看不到任何woodworm,但老房子经常有这类问题,所以建议找专业的contractor再做检测
- Roof including roof space: there are cracked, slipped and missing slates with deterioration noted to pointing, to ridge and the cement upstands and the roofs should be overhauled and repaired. 主要是一层extension(一个小厕所)的屋顶必须马上要修理,房子的整体roof也需要休,还有好多青苔,但没那么紧迫。。。
- the external joinery should be overhauled and repaired.
- The chimney breast in the kitchen has been removed. The sealed flues should be ventilated to avoid a build up of condensation
