是一个1930年左右的end of terrace house, survey选做了最高一档的building survey，现在报告终于回来了，问题总结一下如下，真诚求各位指教，这些问题会很影响房子的价值吗：
- Roof上各种dampness和少许苔藓moss，还有碎瓦 the cracks of roof tiles: dampness detected at high level around front flat roof bay projection and guttering
- Timber, ground floor walls（including main wall） :dampness detected
- ageing roof covering
会造成dampness，不过老房子，也没办法 - boiler有九年了,survey 建议我们做test boiler and central heating system。
这里不知道是不是有一些砍价的空间 - 关于防火：no door between the kitchen and the hall to protect the hall as a means of escape in the event of a fire.
这个咱们不知道是不是要和卖家谈谈 - 他家改装的一个french patio door(类似塑窗的玻璃门)上的玻璃不是safety glazing,很容易被砸碎闯入
不知道通常这个算不算个问题，有没有必要和卖家谈
还有些其他小问题就不提了，感觉主要是damp的问题需要解决，现在找了一家damp proof 相关的contractor出个quote，不知道找一家够不够。中介还推荐了一个roof contractor，结果这个大哥好像在大街上扫了一眼就说什么问题都没有不用修，还说要是进去检查再quote要收我80个胖子，也是醉了，不知大家有什么contractor推荐没有。谢啦
