这50k或者200k可以以 director’s loan的形式投入自己的公司帐户么？或者说这部分钱投到自己公司可以随时取出来么？续签成功的帖子貌似写的是 director’s loan agreement

management; or
• be in the form of a director’s loan, unless it is unsecured and is subordinated in favour of
the third-party creditors.
