2月份签T1 entrepreneur 换永居的签证。dependent需要存款证明吗？有没有签过的大神，求分享check list.
there are no such requirements for maintenance for settlement under T1 Entrepreneur, but I suggest you have some money for example £945+£633 in your or your dependant account for recent 3 months
These are the requirements for ILR after extension( reference Only 企业家移民签永居申请):
- You must be the director of a company actively trading and you intend to continue your activity in a genuine business
- You must have created two extra full time jobs or retained the jobs created during initial for at least 12 months
- Pass the life in the UK test as well as English language requirements
- Lived in the UK legally for 5 consecutive years and spent less than 180 days outside in each yearly period
- Do not fall on general grounds for refusal (e.g having a bad character, used deception in any application, an unspent criminal conviction, over staying more than 28 days, etc)

我不是转10年永居啊，我是T1这个签证到5年了，所以签永居的。

你好我之前在等材料，打算这周寄签
说真的HO给的答复五花八门，我律师问了超级面签team的人，说可以面签 有别的律所也在凑人数。。我打听了下他们签出来好几组客户了 但是网页上的确没提到可以超级面签。。。所以好矛盾啊
目前确实没有，所以该寄签就寄签吧！
对的对的，签证的事情还是不要冒险不要搞创意了
