刚刚在一个mm的帖子里面回了一下 ， 想想可能对大家有帮助把，发给大家看看 
很多mm说HO 又改了政策， 本科签过psw感觉被骗了。
其实我觉得背后还是有逻辑的， 也有空子可以钻。
他们的本意是T1 psw 是为了接上T2 work permit. 意思是说给我们机会找工作， 找到了之后， 就是up to us跟我们的老板谈工作签证了。
但是也可以T1 psw接T1 General， 但是由于T1 general本来就是高技术移民的改进， 他们要卡着我们， 想要越来越少的外国人来， 只有说这个你们要更高的技术。。。。然后就矛盾了自己， 所以本科的psw就转不了hsmp。
我说可以钻空子就是说， 本科就签psw的同学们， 真的两年后还想待英国的话， 可以申请学校签学生签证的。 前提是要full-time master。
如果你做psw的最后那年的工资到了20000， 然后去full-time student, 然后毕业后马上申请t1 general, 你的earning 就算的是within the 15 months immediately before:
the application; or
the start of your full-time studies。
就是说， 这个时候分数就够了 
（这还真是折腾阿 
） btw我就是跟这差不多折腾过来的， 所以仔细读过small print 
Full-time students
This option is only available for initial applications to Tier 1 (General) - highly skilled worker.
To qualify for the full-time study provision, you must:
be currently in full-time study; or
have finished a full-time course within the 12 months before your application.
If you are or have been a full-time student in those 12 months before your application, the time must:
be 12 consecutive months; and
fall within the 15 months immediately before:
the application; or
the start of your full-time studies.
If you have taken a number of full-time courses with gaps in between of not less than 12 months, you can choose the start of the full-time course as the 15 months before the start date of your first course.
If you have not finished your studies yet, the date of application is considered instead of the end date for your studies.

是么？ 好像说法是psw不能在英国内续签学生签，就是说不能签leave to remain， 但是可以回国签entry clearance（就是visa）
另外有说法是psw期间如果没有出英国的话， 就可以在英国签， 不过好像这个时候是switch去学生。。。。。。。。。。。
好像很复杂。。。我当年就这么搞过， 还好当时igs就一年， 我还刚好父母过来就没有回国， 然后就转了学生签了
问题在于,那样的话,就要重新读书,重新找工作,即使真的转T1成功,也要一切重新来过.
而且到时候,年纪也大了.
很多筒子想psw转T1不是因为想继续做原来的工作,但是老板不申请T2么(wp)
我觉得这个方法折腾下来,意义不大的.
是挺折腾得，，，，，，，折腾老了也说不定

自从2月份知道本科生不能申请t1 general的时候.伤心难过.
咨询过London的律师.王律师直接跟我说
有2 个办法
投资移民
或者雇主帮你申请t2.
然后我又再联络本地的英国律师.给我的回复是.
I have at last been able to speak to an adviser at the Home Office who has stated that the changes to the Tier 1 (General) category for highly skilled workers will apply to those seeking to switch from the post study worker category. It seems that these changes will come into force on 31 March 2009. Migrants applying for their first period of leave under Tier 1 (general) will receive no points for Bachelors degrees or for previous earnings of less than £20,000. If you feel that you may meet the criteria as they stand until the end of this month and wish to make an application before 31 March 2009 as a highly skilled worker, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible if you would like us to assist you.
This advice was received from a Home Office adviser over the telephone today. Unfortunately, other immigration advisers have received conflicting information and in order to be 100% certain of the situation we will need to await the publication of the new Rules.
现在我唯一的希望是公司给我办工作签证.
但是老板是完全外行了.需要找律师咨询详细的申请过程.

我觉得签工签更麻烦， 如果雇主不是大公司的话他们很可能就没有sponsor license， 不过只要雇主有license , psw 转工签的也有好处， 就是你只要在psw下为这个公司工作半年， 雇主就可以帮你直接办工签，而不需要经过登广告证明等等过程。 :cn09:

老板说他会给我弄Sponsored skilled workers.
我本来igs的时候想申请hsmp的.但是工资不够.差一点.
延期了一年,以为等今年工资就够了,再申请.
怎么知道这死变态ho又改政策.
我是不想再读书了.
工作后有收入自由的感觉真的不错.起码压力没有那么大.
如果工作签证弄下来了.会利用课余时间考注册会计.
读master对我来说真的没有什么用,
