如果申请到了20w镑的企业家T1签证3年，可以去英国别的中小型不提供工签的公司工作吗

其实可以的，做contractor就可以了。contractor不是employee

观点同楼上，你和你老板沟通好，每月结算工资你开invoice给你老板（如果你有注册公司，那最好以你的公司名义开票），这样你就是self-employee的形式，不破坏HO的规定。但记得拿到工资后，自己老老实实地去交税。

请问 如果拿到企业家签证6个月内没有在company house注册公司会不会影响几个月后要申请的10年PR？ 移民署会翻看我的企业信息吗？谢谢~

拿到T1E签证入境后6个月内不注册成公司Director被发现了的话HO有权取消你的签证。注册个公司也就花15镑的事情，既然拿到了签证就该按照签证的要求来做。

我现在只是怕到时在申请PR的时候被发现我是到了8个月了才注册，会有不好的影响？所以想确定HO会不会审查过往签证有没有正确使用的情况。

想问一下Contractor是属于怎么样的工作方式 就是签你的公司是算雇佣你们公司的服务的意思么？到时候需要和UKBA说明还是就把税按公司走账交好就好了？
