买了Tesco Personal Finance plc 的债券，就是tesco bank发行的债券。
不知道是否符合要求？
因为看条款说和投资房地产和deposit 是不行的，感觉这个债券都涉及到这些方面的问题。不放心上来求助下大家。
Tesco不是快倒闭了么?

国债肯定可以的。

可能政策跟几年前变了，
你看看现在是否可以投国债，如果现在不能投国债，个人判断也不能投bond
因为最后一句是：“Except where the investment is made in bonds offered through NS&I”
只有NS&I发行的债券才符合要求。
从这里来看，我猜投国债也是可以的，因为NS&I也是准国债的性质。
但是，这里强调了offered through NS&I，个人认为其implicitly state 除了NS&I发行的债券是不行的。
我只能说，从你拉出来的这2段话，可以推断出以上的结论。（只是推断，不是肯定的）
要想更准确的，必须把上下文，甚至全部条款仔细研究一下。

我是老投资，不是新的t1投资，以前投资过M&P债券，homeoffice 认可的。
咨询了我的投资银行，他们认为tesco bank 可以，但是我需要进一步自己去确认，他们也不是homeoffice 的专业人士。
有结果了我会告诉你。
关于房地产的投资，不是一棍子打死，房子结构公司，中介公司，酒店等等都算。
