今天早上在 Sheffield 面签。
一切都挺顺利，就是最后给日期说是按今天的日期给三年。。。可是我旧的T1G是到 5月4号，我特意问了， 可是case worker 说是按照guidance
没办法，虽然是签过了， 但是还是有点不爽。。。毕竟花了 1920 镑。。
请问一下，我最早什么2016年什么时候可以申请5年T1G？（现在少给了16天）
应该是五年不到28天，所以你现在签证到期前（28-16）=12天？

最近不是罢工吗？怎么还能面签啊
说是罢工是不同的部门。
是么？要不他的签证到期时间和现在很近？至少官方的政策是按照申请办理（或通过）的日期开始给新的签证的。

我5月4号过期,4月18号面签,在28天内的…
can still apply for ilr just have to be sure your application is within 28 days of being in the uk for 5 years

难道是政策又变了？？？
should do postal application then normally you get extra days for that as they take a long time, so by the time they get to your application is more than likely be after your visa expired date but will have to wait a long time

guidance 上说是 是什么根据什么时候 make decision 给日期.
5年 申请永居可以 28 天内申请
所以,我3年后可以提前满足这个条件,只是准备的时间少了.

但我又考虑到 HOME OFFICE 上日期的问题,以后算GAP不好算. (我明年可以十年）
我现在在英国续了五次了．．． 还好每次ＨＯ的信上日期总是在上一次签证到期前，（所以没有ＧＡＰ）
the calculation of gap doesn’t look at HO letter to you. It look at the post mark date. if you send by recorded or special delivery the date on the receipt is the date used. if you don’t keep the receipt then it’s the date HO signed for you application

post date 肯定在 HO letter 日期前面．

我想说的意思是, 如果 HO 的信上的日期都在过期签证之前，那个 post date 肯定也是．
