Application for an Extension of leave under Tier 1 (General)

I was granted with leave to Remain in the United Kingdom as Tier 1 (General) migrant under the point-based system on 24 June 2009 for a period of 3 years until 24 June 2012.
I am now making an application for an Extension of leave under Tier 1(General) and I enclose the following documents in order to support my application:

I am claiming points for the following areas:
a) 20 Points - Under 28 Years of age
I am claiming 20 points on the basis that I was under 28 years of age at the date of application for the first grant of leave in Tier 1 (General) category under the rules in place before 6 April 2010 and I have not been granted leave in any categories since then, I enclose the following supporting evidence:
∙ My current & previous passports
∙ Original approval letter dated 24 June 2009 issued by the UK Border Agency
as confirmation of my age at the date of application for first grant of leave in
Tier 1 (General) category under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010.
b) 35 Points - Qualification
I am claiming 35 points for my Masters Degree Qualification obtained from Sheffield Hallam University and I enclose the following supporting evidence:
∙ Original Master’s Degree Qualification Certificate issued by Sheffield Hallam University date 11 October 2007;
∙ Original Academic Transcript issued by Sheffield Hallam University dated 11 October 2007;
The above documents have been provided to the UK Border Agency with my initial Tier 1(General) application.
C) 20 Points - Total Earnings made during a single consecutive 12 months period from the 15 months immediately before the date of the application
I am claiming 20 points for the total earnings of £23,434 made during the 12 months period between 01 May 2011 to 30 April 2012 on the basis that my have leave to remain in Tier 1 (General) category under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010.
I am a sole director and sole shareholder of a private limited company known as G AND B (2000) Limited and I have chosen to retain the profits within the company. I enclose the following documents as evidence of proof of earning made during period from 01 May 2011 to 30 April 2012:
∙ Letter dated 30 May 2012 from my accountant-Farmiloes as confirmation
of my share of the business net profit before tax is £23,434;
∙ Original Accounts of G AND B (2000) Limited for year ended 30 April 2012;
∙ Original CT620 issued by the HM Revenue & Customs acknowledging the
tax return made by G AND B (2000) Limited;
∙ Form AR01 (Company Annual Return) of G AND B (2000) Limited
obtained from the Companies House as confirmation that I am the sole
director and sole shareholder of this company;
∙Letter dated 1 June 2012 from my accountant-Farmiloes confirming that
because I am trading through a limited company therefore, for tax purpose I
am not subject for Class 2 National Insurance Contribution;
∙ Original SA302 issued by the HM Revenue & Customs as confirmation that
I am registered with the HM Revenue & Customs as self-employed and I
have been issued with a Unique Taxpayer Reference Number-10027 73451
∙ Business bank statements of G AND B (2000) Limited for the 12 months
period from 01 May 2011 to 30 April 2012.
d) 5 Points - UK Experience
I am claiming 5 points for UK Experience on the ground that I have scored
points for pervious earnings and all previous earnings claimed were made
in the United Kingdom.
e) 10 Points - English Language
I am claiming 10 points for English Language on the ground that I am
currently in the United Kingdom as a Tier 1(General) migrant and I have
previously satisfied the English Language Requirement.
f) 10 Points - Maintenance funds
I enclose my statements issued by the NatWest bank
covering a consecutive 90 days period as confirmation that I have the
required maintenance funds to support myself, my wife and my son.
I submit I have satisfied all the requirements, provided documentary evidence to support my claims for 80 points for Attributes, 20 points for English Language and Maintenance.
