如题， 本来持有的是T2 Dependent 签证来英国，后来在某大公司找了份工作，做Contractor，现在有机会转成Permanent员工，就涉及到自己也要办理T2签证的问题。HR同意给申请number, 请问签证需要回国办理吗？同时因为持有的不是英国学历，需要考相关的英语成绩吗？

如果你的 T2 dependant 不过期的话，不应该影响你继续这个 permanent position 啊。而且还比较灵活，对工作、学习都没有限制（牙科实习医生之类除外）。

If you currently have permission to stay in the UK under any of the following immigration categories, you can apply to Tier 2 (General) from inside the UK:

If you are not in any of these categories, you must leave the UK and make your Tier 2 (General) application from abroad.
If you are switching from Tier 4 or the former categories of student, student nurse, student re-sitting an examination, overseas qualified nurse, person writing up a thesis, postgraduate doctor or dentist or student union sabbatical officer, you must have lawfully obtained a UK bachelors or masters degree, postgraduate certificate in education or professional graduate diploma of education during your current or last permission to stay (period of continuous leave). This does not include, for example, vocational qualifications at degree level which are not degrees. If you are a PhD student, you do not need to have completed your course, but you must have completed at least 12 months’ study towards it in the UK.
You must have obtained one of the named qualifications above:
at a UK institution that is a UK recognised or listed body, or one which holds a sponsor licence under Tier 4 of the points-based system; and
during your most recent period of permission to stay, or period of continuous permission to stay that includes your most recent permission to stay - this must have included permission for you to study for the qualification.
如果你需要从T2G dependant转为T2G就必须回国申请，而且公司要帮你申请restricted COS。

请问 如果原本t2和t2D的签证是一起4月到期，3月初t2主申请人已经申请续签， t2D还没有回国办t2，t2D的签证是在到期前还有效还是在主申请人新签证拿到就失效了呢？

如果你是指要续签dependant的签证，那不需要回国。
回国办理！要考英语成绩。
建议如果能办工签，就办，当然前提是你5年内不打算换工作。

如果换工作的话会有什么影响呢？
倒是没什么影响，如果换工作，换公司的话，那就需要新雇主重新给你申请工签。因为T2的签证，是跟雇主相关联的。如果与现任雇主雇佣关系结束，那意味着你的签证也将作废了。
感谢楼主的回复，如果我想先办个visit的签证过去面试，公司会不会对这个签证身份歧视呢？现在取消psw了，如果是学生的话也应该是需要工作签的吧，我是做android开发的，有3年多的经验，如果找一个可以给工作签证的工作有没有可能呢

关于你的问题，一定要悄悄的去面试，因为visitor的签证，是不能从事任何形式的工作的，好像实习都不行。公司方面，如果是公司直接的面试，一般第一轮不会问你的签证状况。但是中介公司就很难讲了。现在英国的就业环境不是很好，可能最近稍有好转，但是一般的公司很难给办其拿证，因为太多的事情要做。
不过说不定你背景很强，能够找到愿意给你办工签的公司也说不定呢。Good Luck!
面试还需要悄悄面啊？我是想着我在英国，当面面试会方便些，我只是面试，找可以给我工作签证的工作，这样也不行吗？
我的意思是说别让他HO知道你要去面试，不然不会给你发签证的。如果你出来之前，就能找到面试的公司还不错。如果单纯是想来英国，像大家一样，海量的投简历，然后想在这短短几个月内，拿到面试机会并且找到给你办签证的公司，有点困难啊。
感谢您的回复和建议，我会小心的，其实我也知道很困难，但是也没办法，本来想着可以办个dependant来了慢慢找的，但是我的情况应该申请不下来，只好先办visit试试了，
