在SET（O）的表格里有下面2个问题求解答

简答说下情况，我是2013年8月26日的T2签证日期，同年9月10日和我太太入境英国。

6.1 and 6.12 When did you (the dependant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

这个问题我们应该写2013年9月10日对吧？

6.13 Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? If yes, go to next question. If no, go to section 7.

我的理解是上一次入境在18年1月11日之前的，就不需要填写配偶的离境对吗？

6.13 的leave不是离境，是指获得的签证。因为2018年1月的移民法规调整，计算方法不一样，所以区别对待。这个问题是问，你申请永居计算的居留年数有没有包含2018年1月之后获得的居留签证。你的情况应该是选择No

楼主签了吗？ 我也是13年8月26号拿到的T2签证，13年9月底入境的。 计划9月底或者10月初面签。 我太太18年1月11后以后有一次出境，不知道是否如楼上所说不需要填写？想和你核实一下。 谢谢！

Leave不是出境

Leave是签证。Leave to remain (在英国续签）Leave to Entry （入境签证）
