我是T4转T2签证，T4是今年4月底到期。所以在4.15公司给了出了COS 我就申请了T2 通常处理周期是8周 我就定了6.13回国的机票 结果 5.18收到UKVI这样的信 有高人可以帮我看看吗 实在不想回不去啊 我26号写信回去跟她们解释了我觉得可能他们疑惑的地方：1. 我的学生签证为什么是4月底到期不是一月底 （我一年硕士给的签证时间是2013年9月-2015年4月） 另外 我九月份交完论文之后就开始全职上班，不知道UKVI是不是纠结这两点？
有高人可以帮忙看看吗？我真的超想回国的

我个人觉得签证时间完全不是问题，博士的签证到什么时候的都有。毕业之后开始上班这点本身不是问题，不知道LZ自己是怎么交代的。。。但是9月份毕业之后还是拿学生签证，是不可以全职上班的，每周只能20小时。

Tier 4 不能全职吧
如果你9月份就开始全职了，那你九月份的时候就应该要转tier 2了而不是拖到现在才办，估计这就是‘复杂’的部分
我觉得就是随便找个理由，告诉你他们8周不可能完成VISA，叫你等等。
除非就是你的签证 衔接性 还有 是否有重复巴拉巴拉的··
Tier4在假期和论文结束后，是可以全职工作的。起码楼主那年是可以的，最近的政策就不知道了。

tier 4 当然可以全职 没有要求说是一毕业要全职就要转TIER 2

也感觉是他们随便找的拖延借口。
我估计你是博士毕业直接留在原处做博后了，其实你应该去年九月份就转T2的，但你认为等T4到期了再续签也行，这可能就是复杂之处吧？对不对
真心请教，有什么条文说 T4 找到工作了，可以不用申请相关的新签证直接用T4就可以全职上班的？
LZ这个好像更复杂，看帖子LZ是硕士，毕业之后去公司上班了，但是没有更新签证
理论上来说，如果一开始上班做的是full-time permanent vacancy，也许会被挑刺。

294. If you are allowed to work, you must not fill a full-time permanent vacancy (other than
on a recognised Foundation Programme) unless you are either on the Doctorate Extension
Scheme and you have successfully completed your course or:
• you have successfully completed a course at degree level or above at a Sponsor that is a Recognised Body or a body in receipt of public funding as a HEI from the Department of Employment and Learning in Northern Ireland, the Higher Education Funding Council for England, the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales or the Scottish Funding Council; and
• you have made a Tier 2 application supported by a Certificate of Sponsorship assigned by a licensed Tier 2 Sponsor before your Tier 4 leave has ended (and any appeal against that decision has been determined); and

• you have yet to receive a decision on your Tier 2 application.
说多错多，要是我理都不会理这封信。又没有问多些材料，只是说要多些时间来决定，紧张什么。
Tier 4 交完论文后可以全职工作一段时间，但时间应该不会有半年那么长。他们没有给你理由说明没什么问题，再等等就下来了。
