T4 转T2 被拒签后重新申请一些疑问，请求各位大大进行解答

情况是这样的：

我去年毕业后，进入一家公司工作，去年11月份律师帮我申请了5年COS后，进行了第一次申请，想当然的，HO因以申请5年签证需Experienced skill worker and pay experienced salaray 为由把我拒掉了，我所有递交的证件现在全都扣在HO那里，然后就是漫长的Administritive review 阶段的同时在重新申请COS allocation，前几天拿到了这个allocation，并重新拿到了New Entry的3年的COS，现在问题来了，在网上重新填写申请签证表格的时后，需正确填写以下信息，但我不知道如何回答：

  1. Visa Type and Current Status： 我的学生签证现在已经过期了，我现在是写我已过期的学生签证有效日期还是写没有 visa or leave to remain？

  2. Do you have a biometric residence permit? 这里我是选Yes, I have a biometric residence permit 还是No, I had a biometric residence permit for my most recent leave, but I do not have it now 啊？

  3. 在Documents那里，因现在所有的证件都在HO那里，我都打勾然后再写一封解释信还是怎么操作呢？照片什么的需要重新照嘛？

  4. 没有看到以前是否有被拒记录的选项，我该如何操作呢？

Thanks for you reply. I totally understand why i have been refused and now able to avoid any mistake made in previous application. but i am stuck on fill in my application form this turn round.
