大家好，请帮忙看下我这种情况如何申请工签：

13年来英国博士，现在博士第四年刚开始，10月底答辩通过，还需要几个月进一步修改论文。现在收到另一所大学offer，请问在没有毕业证的情况下可以在英国境内申请switch至T2签证吗？是否提供博士在读证明就可以？这份证明能否也作为语言的证明？

另外能否我先申请下工签，然后再帮家人申请？因为计划我的面签，家人递签。

可以转。参考工签境内申请的eligibility:

“PhD students
You must have completed at least 12 months’ study for your PhD during your most recent stay in the UK and had permission to take the qualification.”

在读证明不能作为语言能力的证明文件。没有英国的学位就要考雅思。

另，可以你先申请工签，获批后家属再申请dependant。

不好意思 你说的好像不太对You will be awarded 10 points if you are applying for leave to remain under Tier
2 (General),
Tier 2 (Sportsperson) or Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) and you meet the requirements of one
of the categories listed below:

  • you are a national of a majority English speaking country;
  • or you hold a degree that was taught or researched in English which must be equivalent to a UK Bachelors degree
  • or you have passed an English language test at the appropriate level;
    - or you have met the English language requirements when given a previous grant of leave;
  • or you qualify under the transitional arrangements.
