我的时间线如下，
5月10日寄，11签收，13日扣钱，19日收到指纹信，当天录的。
7月5日通过，6日寄出护照和材料，7日收到签证卡和IHS refund，8日收到护照及材料
Supporting Documents List
1, Unaudited accounts and an accountant’s certificate of confirmation;
2, Printout of a Companies House document showing the address of the registered office in the UK;
3, Company bank statement showing the company has a UK account;
4, HMRC tax return document showing the tax reference number for the company;
5, Printout from Companies House of the company’s filing history page;
6, Printout of a Current Appointment Report dated within 8 months after my specified date;
7, Printout of a Current Appointment Report dated within the three months immediately before the date of this application;
8, Evidence that the employee is a settled worker;
9, Employee Payment Records, ‘Real Time’-Full Payment Submissions, original HMRC P46, and accountant’s verifying letter.
10, Duplicate pay slips covering the full period of the employment for which points are being claimed;
11, Printout from Companies House of my personal appointments history, showing the date of my appointment as director of the company;
12, Personal bank statements covering a consecutive 90 days period;
13, Accountant’s Certificate for supporting documents 1 and 9
