Just wonder if anyone has submitted their applications by post recently, for Tier 1 General?
I was told by an immigration lawyer that the processing time is on average 5-6 months. A bit too long and ridiculous! Is that true?!
我当时等了3个多月没收到，发了封信去催，两三天后就收到了，我是2012年6月底递交的申请
这么说吧，我是8月底递交的（pwc帮忙递交的），9月14号安的指纹，到现在还没有受到！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
已经发信催了，这效率呀！

btw, PwC is helping with my case too. Are they generally good? i.e. efficient
congrats! did u apply urself or via a solicitor? did you send the chase-up letter via email?
not really, don’t expect they will do anything for you…
they are not solicitor, just adviser
so they won’t chase the application
HO 能拖就拖，拖到你自己不要了，这种战术是惯用的，没超过半年你就等着吧。
过了半年就找local MP （如果是labour 或者LD） ，去鼻涕眼泪的，一般就很快解决了。
oh i see. I thought they were solicitors… but my impression is that they are not doing much for the client either…

我觉得有快有慢，每个人不一样，我是10月初递交的，1月21号就下来了大概等3个多月，我没有催他们，这让我很吃惊，还以为要等到3月末呢。。。
