现在持Tier-1 PSW Dependant工作，签证快到期，公司可以给转Tier-2 General，现有两个问题如下：
（1）请问是必须回国转，还是可以在英国转？
（2）请问公司需要出Restricted COS还是Unrestricted COS？

psw dependent不在上面之列，所以需要回国申请，回国申请entry clearance的话，应该是Restricted COS

楼上正解。
如果是restricted COS, 会很麻烦，就和auction一样。雇主交上去的得分高的职位才能拿到restricted COS，现在是每个月1725个名额。
祝楼主好运，可以早点拿到签证。
不过据过去报道的数据来看，每年的名额似乎只被用了一半左右，因为各种要求多且耗时，所以申请人数并不多，再说eu worker一抓一大把，所以tory的照顾英国本地人工作机会的目的虽然不能更好的解决，但排斥non-eu worker的目的基本会是可以慢慢达成的目标。。。。。
多谢您的详细回复。比较疑惑的是为什么dependent partner of a Tier 4 migrant在这个列表里，而dependent partner of a Tier 1 migrant却不在？难道dependent partner还要分出三六九等来？
这么看来如果回国的话，就需要RCOS，似乎很麻烦啊，有没有什么别的解决方案呢？
ho定的规矩咱们只有遵守的份，除非有人想去花钱花时间去司法挑战。
虽然可以先转到其他category再转t2，但多数情况下，从dependent转到pbs下本身就需要回国，所以回国似乎是一定的了，pbs从当年一开始推出就是用来控制移民的，但初始几年各种漏洞太多。。。。
那个解说上说了any tier1， 那tier1 psw- dependant难道不是也属于tier1的么？
无论什么dependent都不算在其sponsor的pbs category，dependent visa就是自己一类，算是family route。
