Tier 2 转永居，提前28天计算问题

我的Tier 2起始日期是1月底，我的英国入境时间是4月初，请问这个28天提前申请是从1月还是4月开始计算的呀？谢谢大家

start from January, as you have 180 days allowance a year for being out of the UK

按入境盖章日期吧

  1. Either on the date of your visa being valid, or the date you entered the UK. Whichever you think is in your favour (beneficial for you).
  2. How to decide? Include those 90 days or the exact days (Jan to Apr) to the 180 days allowance. If >180 days, then use the date of your entry clearance; if <180 days, then use the visa valid date. This means the date “beneficial for you”.

Tier 2的人应该英文也不错，把Guidance多看几遍，就明白了。P62-P63, 第257条到第267条。特别是第264条。
