材料看申请单子，可能不同的case不一样。我们都没有交银行账单或者任何工资单之类的资金证明。只需要公司出的证明就可以了。

不是要工资证明么 应该是由单位出吧
t2 d 只要看和主申请人的关系而已吧？其他都是主申请人自己的资料，包括bs，工资单 一类的，
我都是单位准备的材料。
