小弟目前在填表申请Tier 2 general change of employment，现在遇到一个问题是L section的L10，问题是：
Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave?
小弟目前还在原公司工作，但是填表时为了申请新签证跳槽，新公司已经Assign了COS，所以这个问题应该是勾Yes还是No？因为same day service appointment订在了下个礼拜三，所以比较急，希望有经验的兄弟姐妹帮忙解答一下。谢谢！
